1. General
These Terms apply to all purchases made from deenista.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
Deenista is a company registered in Sweden and complies with Swedish and EU consumer and e-commerce laws.
2. Products
We offer art and art prints carefully produced and shipped from EU facilities. Product images and colours may differ slightly from the final product due to display settings or materials.
3. Prices and VAT
· All prices are listed in local currency
· Prices include VAT for EU consumers.
· EU business customers with a valid VAT number will be exempt from VAT (reversed charge).
· We reserve the right to change prices and terms without prior notice.
4. Payment
Payments must be made at checkout through secure payment solutions. No payment details are stored by Deenista.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are produced and shipped within the EU. Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
If an order is not collected or returned due to incorrect information, Deenista does not cover shipping costs. Reshipping occurs only after these costs are paid by the customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Sweden)
For consumer sales within the EU, please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law does not apply to custom-made goods produced specifically for you (as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).
This means that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless the product is defective or damaged.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and order number. Once approved by us, we will replace or refund the product at no additional cost.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content belong to Deenista and are protected by copyright. You may not use, copy, or distribute them without written permission.
9. Liability
Deenista is not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law and relevant EU consumer protection rules.
Disputes should first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, you may contact:
· Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden, or
· EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform
