Refund policy
1. General information
Deenista offers three types of products:
- Made-to-order items (posters, canvas, wearable art)
- Physical products (Creative Studio items)
- Digital downloads
Each category has different return conditions.
For customers within the EU, please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).
2. Made-to-order items
This includes posters, canvas prints, and wearable art.
All made-to-order items are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because of this:
- Orders cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind, size, or preference
- Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
3. Creative Studio items
This includes ready-made physical products such as stamp sets and kits.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
If the item is damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost.
4. Digital downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
- No returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been delivered
If you have any issues accessing your file, please contact us and we will assist you.
5. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

- your order number
- clear photos (close-up + full item)
- a short description of the issue
Once verified, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
6. Undeliverable shipments
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect:
- Reshipping is at the customer’s expense
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
