Shipping policy
General information
Orders are processed and fulfilled upon payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on destination and product type. Custom or made-to-order products may take longer.
Shipping area
We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and the European Union (EU).
Shipping rates
A flat shipping rate of 69 SEK (approximately 7 EUR) applies to all orders.
Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Production locations
Deenista works with several production facilities located across the regions we ship to. Whenever possible, your order will be produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address.
If a product is temporarily unavailable in your region, it may be shipped from another location at no extra shipping cost to you.
Please note that cross-border shipments may be subject to customs duties or import charges, depending on local regulations. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages
If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs. Deenista will not cover shipping costs for unclaimed items.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear description and photos of the issue. Returns or replacements are only accepted once approved by Deensita.
